That means no other Kestrel location will take jobs inside your boundary. The territory is protected, and that protection is written into your agreement. You’re not bidding against the brand down the road; you’re building a local reputation that compounds year after year.

Reserving a territory starts with a conversation. We walk through the market, the demand drivers, and what it takes to run the business the Kingswell Way. Once you’re approved, your territory is locked in. You’ll use the same equipment brands our customers recognize: Rotobrush rotary brush systems to dislodge debris at the duct wall, Nikro negative-pressure units to pull contaminants out, and Abatement Technologies HEPA filtration to keep loosened particles out of the living space. You’ll also carry Honeywell, Aprilaire, and Guardsman filtration products for homeowners who want to maintain clean air between visits.
